Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers in an accurate and timely manner.

- Carry out monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records.

- Assist in the preparation of MIS.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information and support for audits and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.

- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

- Maintain organized and well-documented financial records for easy retrieval and analysis.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and regulations.

- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation regulations is a plus.
