Position Summary:

Xpansiv’s Legal Department supports all of the company’s business lines and operations with a team of six attorneys and professionals, all of whom manage a broad and diverse range of issues and interact daily with their in-house clients.The team is cohesive and highly collaborative, though autonomy and independent judgement are highly valued.Xpansiv is seeking a junior to mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its legal team. The ideal candidate has substantive experience in general corporate and commercial work and is well-suited to provide legal support to several business lines across the company. Exceptional academic credentials and an active law license are mandatory for this role. This position will report to the Assistant General Counsel in NYC.
