Job Description
As Growth Manager at Upway, you will be a key driver in accelerating customer acquisition and fueling revenue growth. You will leverage market insights, competitor analysis, pricing, categories, product and inventory strategies to optimize our growth trajectory, brand positioning and conversion rates. This role is perfect for a strategic, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial D2C environment. You will have the opportunity to shape key growth strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with talented external partners to fuel Upway’s short and long-term success.
