As our IT Network and Cloud Security Administrator, you will be instrumental in driving this vision and making a significant impact on our company's success.

In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to design and secure our internal network and cloud infrastructure in a standards-oriented environment (TISAX, ISO27001). You will collaborate closely with our People & Culture team and IT colleagues to ensure the safety and robustness of our IT landscape.

• Strategic Initiatives to enhance our security infrastructure both on-premise and in the cloud.
• Assist users with security topics and onboarding processes with hands on support.
• Security Implementation: Develop and implement security concepts based on our certifications (TISAX, ISO27001).
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee our security systems and take necessary actions to secure our network, cloud, and endpoints.
• Support and improve firewall configurations, particularly using pfSense.
• Enhance security for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Automation: Streamline and automate administrative tasks.
• Network Master: Solid understanding of network infrastructures, services, and physical components.
• Firewall Expertise: Capable of administering firewalls, including network separation, rules, and routing, experience in pfSense a plus.
• Certifications: Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP) and certifications from established Firewall vendors are a plus.
• Cloud Proficiency: Experience with EntraID/Azure and securing cloud applications, especially using a Zero Trust approach.
• Familiar with backup concepts and recovery strategies.
• Enjoy working in an ISO27001 certified environment.
