As an Engineering Manager, your mission is to lead and inspire a cross-functional team in building and evolving our energy management platform. You have:

• 5+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end domains in a JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js, React, or similar)
