We are solving global plastic pollution - and you will be part of the solution!

With our innovative technology, we produce an innovative and environmentally friendly biomaterial from plant residues from the agricultural industry - bio-based, plastic-free and compostable. A material that leaves no harmful traces. We want to use it to replace as much plastic as possible, and this is where you come in.

Lead the sales process for our innovative materials to success and provide impetus for future product innovations. With your B2B sales experience and negotiating skills, you will help us to establish traceless as the market leader in the field of compostable biomaterials. Do you have experience in selling products that require explanation? Do you focus on personal responsibility, technical solutions and long-term customer relationships? Then we are looking for you!

As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in realizing the vision of traceless and bringing our sustainable solutions to the world. Your tasks will include:

  • Evaluate and qualify potential customers: Qualify potential customers to ensure their strategic fit with our goals and values.
  • New customers' acquisition: Expand our customer base through targeted acquisition and develop long-term relationships based on trust and shared goals.
  • Customer care and network building: Develop existing customer relationships further, continuously expand your network within customers and ensure that our customers are satisfied and successful.
  • Support the sales process: Guide our customers through the entire sales process - from initial contact to sampling and contract conclusion through to market launch. Keep our CRM system up to date at all times.
  • Negotiate and convince: Convince customers in commercial, technical and sustainability-related discussions and negotiate prices and quantities according to the goals.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with different departments, especially product management and application engineering, to develop innovative customer-oriented solutions that comply with the principles of the circular economy.
  • Market and customer insights: Carry relevant market and customer information into the company and derive new business opportunities from it.
  • Participate in trade fairs and events: Represent traceless at international trade fairs and events to maintain our network and strengthen our brand. Your working days are mainly spent remotely, but you will also regularly be in an innovative working environment with start-up flair at the ISI Center in Buchholz i.d.N..

  • Academic background: You have a university degree in a technical or business subject and at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Sales experience (B2B): You have experience in sales of technical products, ideally in the areas of packaging and/or plastics.
  • Strong communication skills: Your strength lies in communicating with customers, coupled with negotiating skills and the openness to tackle new things.
  • Technical understanding: You have a solid technical understanding to effectively communicate complex products and their sustainability benefits.
  • Sustainability awareness: You share our vision of the Circular Economy and have a deep understanding of sustainable business models and ecological responsibility.
  • Hands-on mentality: You have a hands-on mentality and think in an innovative and solution-oriented way.
  • Independence and organization: You are characterized by a high degree of independence, organizational skills and commitment.
  • Teamwork and networking skills: You are a team player, build a strong network and bring a positive attitude and sense of humor.
  • Adaptability: You are flexible and adaptable to succeed in an ever-changing and dynamic environment and overcome new challenges. First experience in a start-up is an advantage.
  • Language skills: You are business fluent in German and English (oral and written).
  • Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel nationally and internationally to support our customers on site and take part in international trade fairs.
