Job Description

We’re Thalo Labs, a NYC-based company on a mission to transform the built environment into a powerful tool for fighting climate change. Where others see buildings as part of the problem, we see an incredible opportunity to leverage existing infrastructure to not only accelerate drawdown, but to transform the built environment from one of the biggest carbon emitters to a carbon sink. Our technology combines proprietary sensing, software, and capture systems to accurately measure, significantly reduce, and directly capture a building’s onsite greenhouse gasses in real time.


Our team has built self-driving cars at Waymo, worked on satellite imagery at Google, designed systems for John Deere, developed space missions for NASA, engineered bikes for Peloton, led manufacturing design for Boom Supersonic jets, and more. We are united by our shared goal of making products that

help us decarbonize today and accelerate drawdown globally.


As the Head of Commercialization and GTM, you’ll report directly to our CEO and be responsible for developing and driving our overall go-to-market strategy. From refining our product market fit to identifying new markets for business experimentation to driving commercialization and sales strategies forward, you’ll be essential in bringing Thalo products to the right markets.


Our ideal candidate is no stranger to lean teams and startup environments: you’re a creative leader with a comprehensive understanding of how marketing, revenue, growth, product, and sales meld together to form an effective GTM strategy and aren’t afraid to oscillate between high level strategizing and hands-on tactical work. From tinkering with our product-market-fit to driving sales forward to leading growth experimentation, you’ll be foundational to bringing Thalo products to existing and new markets. If you’ve led Product, Revenue, PMM, Growth, or other GTM-related teams at startups and want back in, we’d love to talk with you!
