Tesla Energy maintains a significant population of 3rd party equipment in their deployed fleet of solar assets. Our service support team works to ensure we can continue to support this equipment despite limited current relationships with some of these vendors.

This role is designed to work with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to improve the flow of replacement and return material, and ensure Tesla is filing claims, billing, and collecting reimbursement for servicing these 3rd party products. Filing reimbursement claims with various manufacturers will be a requirement of this role.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and looking for an opportunity to improve an area of the business that is important but tends to get overlooked. They can think critically and prioritize what’s most important and have patience to navigate sometimes challenging vendor relationships to achieve the best possible outcome for Tesla
