The Finished Vehicle Transport team is responsible for the smooth movement of cars through our network of ports, compounds and carriers. We keep in close contact with key stakeholders including regulatory authorities, port operators, shipping lines, but also with the subsequent nodes in the Tesla distribution network, such as the trucking fleet and the delivery centers.

Reporting to the Finished Vehicle Transport Manager, this role is for a Transport Planner within the team, based in Norway to coordinate local transport but also assisting other regions within EMEA. Tasks such as truck planning, load creation, supporting the loading and unloading of trains, trucks and vessels, following up on shipment creation and other tasks in TMS, paperwork creation for incoming and outgoing shipments, problem solving and communicating with the port operator are part of the role.

This position can be based in either Oslo or Drammen.
