Job Description
The Associate Regional Service Manager must deliver excellent results and achieve goals month after month by developing effective local teams, ensuring operational standards are met on a consistent basis, and leading strategic business planning within a designated territory. The Associate Regional Manager communicates effectively and works with cross-functional partners and the Regional Manager to drive business results. The Associate Regional Manager can translate strategic themes into concrete action plans, and provides consistent feedback to identify, prioritize, resource, and operationalize projects. This role directly supports Tesla’s mission by ensuring an accurate, consistent, and rapid transaction for Tesla customers.
