Job Description

Tagaddod is seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in driving revenue and building strong relationships with our wholesale clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service within the wholesale sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor the wholesale sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and optimize profitability.
  • Conduct regular visits to key clients, build long-term relationships, and ensure satisfaction with our products.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed business decisions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Operations and Fleet, to ensure seamless operations and fulfilling of customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Wholesale Sales Supervisor or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience in the HORECA industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
