Job Description

Tagaddod is seeking a strategically-minded and results-driven Media Buying Lead to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all media buying strategies to maximize our marketing efforts and drive engagement. You will lead media planning initiatives, negotiate contracts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of strategic media buying plans that align with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
  • Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to inform effective advertising strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Generate detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in media buying.
  • AI, Automation and content generation
  • Experience with AI-driven ad platforms (Google Performance Max, Meta AI, TikTok Ads AI).
  • ⁠Familiarity with automation tools for bidding, audience segmentation, and ad optimization.
  • ⁠Ability to work with AI-generated creatives and dynamic ad formats.
  • Knowledge of what ad variations and formats perform best per platform.
  • Data Analytics & Decision-Making
  • Strong ability to analyze performance metrics, A/B tests, and attribution models.
  • ⁠Proficiency with data platforms (Google Analytics 4, Looker, Tableau, Metabase) for insights and reporting.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets with ROI-focused media buying.
  • ⁠Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and incrementally testing.
  • Cross-Channel Mastery
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic, search, social, display, and video ads.
  • ⁠Ability to integrate offline and online campaigns for full-funnel impact.
  • In addition to strategic thinking, agility, team leadership, and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in media buying and planning roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing media vendors.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and media purchasing software.
  • A passion for sustainability and experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
