Role description

To strengthen our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a passionate, experienced, and open-minded colleague who wants to contribute to the success of tado°.

Your daily tasks are to:

  • Collect and structure relevant CSRD data points from major stakeholders.
  • Assist in supplier factory visits and assessments.
  • Conduct regular quality and process control audits.
  • Support NPI coordination between the factory and tado° stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ECR/ECO processes.
  • Implement ECO changes in production and liaise with engineering teams.
  • Maintain detailed reports on capacity, supplier quality and defect rates.
  • Conduct product tests and assessments to identify quality issues.
  • Assist in coordinating mass production ramp-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes, vendor contract management, and performance evaluation specific to the electronics industry.
  • Strong statistical analysis and quality assurance skills, with proficiency in tools and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge about quality control standards, regulatory requirements, and government compliance within the electronics sector is a plus.
  • Ability to analyse and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, waste reduction, and production optimization.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills in cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing software.
  • Fluent in English, German and Chinese are a plus.
