We are looking for a part-time Office Manager that wants to spread the 24 hours over 4-5 office days. Potentially this is the perfect opportunity for you to combine this job with other hobbies or family time in morning and afternoon.

About the team 👋

You'll be a member of our People & Culture team and work closely with the other Office Manager and Organisation Developer.

The Operations team is essential in enabling our teams to perform at their best. You'll play a key role in creating a delicious lunch for all staff, maintaining office resources, managing relationships with external partners, and fostering a welcoming workplace. In your efforts, you’ll collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including cleaners, the landlord, and tech support, to keep everything running smoothly.

Your challenge 🎯

As our new part-time Office Manager, you will oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. In short, you will ensure we maintain an efficient and pleasant work environment. Three main responsibilities are central to the role:

  • Food and Beverage: Prepare lunch and ensure drinks and snacks are available
  • Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Resource Management: Keep track of office supplies, manage stock, and coordinate with tech support on office equipment.

Your activities will include:

  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients/partners.
  • Maintain relationships with cleaners, the landlord, and other facility stakeholders.
  • Manage supply orders, including office supplies, kitchen provisions, and remote work supplies for colleagues.
