About the role

Our Sales and Marketing Operations team plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency. We are seeking a motivated intern to join us for the summer, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales and Marketing Operations Intern, you will support our team in maintaining data integrity, managing content and enhancing our technological infrastructure. This internship is designed to provide you with practical skills and insights into sales and marketing operations.

Key responsibilities:

• CRM data management: Ensure the accuracy of our CRM system by updating industry classifications, account hierarchies and removing duplicate records.
• Documentation and content maintenance: Assist in organizing our client learning center documentation and maintaining video content.
• Tech stack overview: Update and document our current technology stack to support operational efficiency.
• Learning platform management: Upload and organize content on our internal learning platform.

Engagement opportunities:

• Vendor interactions: Participate in calls with vendors to understand and evaluate potential collaborations.
• Creative projects: Contribute to video editing projects and assist in designing Miro boards for team brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate student majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic video editing tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
