Responsibilities • Develop and maintain the operational framework, best practices, resources and tools necessary to deliver the best experience possible to our customers, support retail growth, create scalability and achieve future goals • Develop and maintain the Retail Playbook for all commercial sales typologies • Identify & solve for market and location specific operational constraints and develop processes to support compliance • Partner with internal comms and regional field leaders to maintain a field communications platform, ensuring field teams stay connected with the business and our team • Build and manage organizational processes to streamline communication and workflows across Retail teams and additional stakeholders, serving as a key point of integration. • Collaborate cross-functionally and with leadership. Own coordinating delivery schedules and load in/out with Fleet and Facilities teams across all retail locations, ensuring seamless scheduling and tracking of deliveries. • Responsible for CMF asset ordering, management and maintenance to ensure field teams have the tools to support sales. • Support day-to-day Retail Operations and project manage special projects as you identify the need for ownership or as assigned to you • Partner with EHS, HR, Facilities, Policy and Legal teams to develop policies, procedures and training methods for all retail locations • Partner with Learning and Development to create a scalable training plan for field teams. • Support the retail store opening process, including turnover from Facilities, store operations readiness, and coordination with key cross-functional partners, ensuring seamless, successful, and on-time site launches. • Support the Retail Operations team in meeting or exceeding deliverables and goals through alignment on process, timelines, dependencies, individual accountability, and responsibilities. • Support the coordination of weekly status meetings and updates and manage project tracking for all retail projects • Maintain overall timelines for Retail Operations initiatives and is responsible to tracking and communicating workback schedules of initiatives • Support various special events (both onsite and remote) across the commercial organization as needed • Support our site audit process to ensure our sites are operating consistently and efficiently. • Support all areas of retail operations as needed, including but not limited to digital tools, fleet management and maintenance, site assets, etc. • Support the retail operations digital systems liaison/UX expert.
