Role Summary As a Staff SAP FICO Functional Analyst you will join the Global Financial Systems within the Enterprise Technology organization. You will be supporting end-to-end business processes primarily focused on the core Finance and Controlling module within SAP. Responsibilities Provide implementation and application technical/functional support in the SAP FI-CO module focused on the core finance component. This includes, but not limited to: Accounts Receivable o Accounts Payable General Ledger Accounting Electronic Bank Statement Fixed Assets Cost Center Accounting Project Systems Financial Consolidation (Group Reporting) Work independently on business process and application solutions in SAP FI-CO. Work with business and cross-functional teams to understand current processes and identify solutions to business issues and opportunities withing SAP FICO. Design, implement, and support solutions using SAP FI-CO and other tools/applications to meet business needs without adding unnecessary complexity to solutions and systems landscape. Facilitate requirements gathering, working closely with business teams to define and document what constitutes business success for various initiatives. Document development requirements to communicate business requirements to the technical teams. Provide support cross-functionally to design, test and validate SAP FI-CO integration points across all SAP modules and external applications. Develop expertise in relevant business areas to ensure current system configuration and applications support both current and future needs of the business. Lead business and cross-functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects and providing status updates. Foster meaningful and collaborative relationships with business and cross-functional teams. Test processes and enhancements and organize user acceptance testing. Provide production support and implement enhancements for existing SAP FI-CO functionality, ensuring responsiveness to business requests and high quality of work. Support audit and compliance efforts. Provide end user training for both existing and new SAP FI-CO functionality. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience required directly with FI-CO module in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, implementation, and support. Knowledge of other SAP modules, such as SD, MM, etc. and the interaction with FI-CO. College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, or a related subject required Strong project management and organization skills required to manage own work across multiple initiatives. Strong background in financial operations and processes. Ability to influence business teams in the design of system enhancements and systems solutions to business problems. Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
