- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting collaboration and ensuring top-notch outcomes. Address project challenges with senior leadership as needed, and mentor the team to establish consistent and robust best practices for data management, analysis, documentation, and QAQC.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Keep abreast of energy policies and regulatory frameworks that oversee energy efficiency programs, integrating new developments into program recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, public policy, environmental science, or a related field is required. A master’s degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in energy management, building science, utility program design, or energy policy, with a proven track record of leading projects to successful completion.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in programming (Python, R) and data analysis tools. Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in presenting to diverse audiences and managing client relationships.
