As a Lease Transfer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The Coordinator handles escalated customer calls and collection issues while addressing any issues expediently to ensure customer satisfaction. Your focus will be to provide prompt follow-up and follow-through with customers, real estate agents, and closing agents Partners with the Document Control department and other parties involved to set appointments, schedule, and keep closing appointments with high accuracy. This role is on-site at our NEW corporate office in Houston, Texas, and includes hourly compensation plus a commission.
Essential Job Functions
- Answers questions regarding system performance and maintenance when appropriate
- Conducts thorough explanations of the leasing program, both solar production and energy efficiency.
- Provides an overview of the savings portal, savings analysis, and benefits of lease to the customer.
- Answers questions regarding transfer of system, and home sale, and explains terms of lease as appropriate
- Handles escalated customer calls and collection issues while addressing any issues expediently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Make field collection visits in the assigned region per tasks given
- Additional administrative tasks and projects as needed by business

- Ability to deal with 30+ inquiries per day via inbound/outbound phone calls and email

- Attention to detail to ensure error free lease assumption documents

Education/Experience
- Possess a High School diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service experience
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent customer service experience and skills are required
- Must have a valid state license and clear driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
