About Plantix Plantix is a leading agri-tech company focused on providing innovative solutions to farmers and retailers across India. Our mission is to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability by providing digital solutions that empower farmers and agri-businesses. We offer an intuitive platform to help farmers with real-time crop advisory, disease identification, and farm management tools.
In addition to our core offerings, Plantix is now entering the SaaS business, with a vision to serve local agri-input companies. We are also expanding into data solutions for agri-tech companies, earth observation companies, insurance firms, banks, and other stakeholders in the agricultural ecosystem. These new ventures are aimed at providing cutting-edge data-driven insights that will further empower the agricultural sector and its partners.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior UX Researcher to join our team at Plantix. In this role, you will be responsible for research operations and conducting user research across a wide range of projects, from farmer-facing apps to our expanding SaaS and data solutions for agri-tech, insurance companies, banks, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure that our digital products are user-centered and meet the diverse needs of our users.
Your research will directly impact farmers, retailers, and industry partners as we develop innovative solutions to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability. Whether it's understanding the challenges faced by farmers in rural India, evaluating the needs of agri-retailers, or supporting the creation of data-driven products for various agri-tech stakeholders, your insights will be vital to the success of Plantix's mission.
This position requires frequent travel to rural areas across India to meet with farmers, gather insights, and conduct field research, making it a dynamic role with the opportunity to make a direct impact on both the farming community and the broader agri-tech ecosystem.
