Job Description

As we grow our customer base globally, we’re looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivery of our portfolio of work and to help us to mature our delivery culture, processes & practices. If you love making things better for customers, building great products, working with technology, bringing people together to find solutions, then you’ve come to the right place. We’re an agile and fast-growing organisation looking for a Delivery Lead who can hit the ground running.
Working alongside the wider leadership team, the Delivery Lead will be accountable for ensuring that we deliver outstanding customer experience, and that our clients are getting the best outcomes from their products. They will be responsible for growing the delivery practice globally, ensuring delivery collaborates closely with other capabilities across the team and can evolve to support the needs of our growing customer base.
The Delivery Lead will also be responsible for identifying strategic gaps in our delivery practice, trialling and building the case for new approaches, as well as successful implementation of our product from beginning to end, as well as ongoing customer success.
