Job Description
| We are looking for an ESG Data Management Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team at Novisto. Your responsibilities will include : Developing and maintaining a database (library) of ESG metrics definitions and templates. Tracking and reviewing ESG standards, questionnaires, and frameworks (SASB, GRI, TCFD, CDP, etc.) for changes and updates. Performing quality assurance on ESG metric changes and ESG framework data. Supporting ESG Analysts in creating customer environments and other onboarding tasks. Developing ESG data management best practices, including Information Security practices, to implement in the platform. Performing market research. Understanding the ESG regulation market. What we’re looking for : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business intelligence, business analytics, information technology, computer science or a related field 2+ years’ experience in software, or other related field Technically proficient in Excel Familiar with Business Intelligence and reporting tools (query structured databases) and possessing basic programming experience (i.e. VBA, Python); Highly knowledgeable in data management concepts and best practices and experience in automating processes; Basic knowledge of relational databases Knowledge or experience in corporate sustainability reporting an asset; Experience in SaaS Start-up/Scale-up an asset; Keen analytical thinking; Data-driven, detail-oriented; Continuous learning mindset (professional curiosity).
