Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join the team and support our rapid growth. You will partner closely with analysts, product, engineering, and business leaders to drive the successful adoption of Novisto and help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings. You will also manage the expansion and engagement of our growing customer base.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with customers to define success and to build a joint plan with defined objectives, milestones, and metrics needed to achieve their goals.
  • Creating deep relationships with your customers and understanding their evolving business needs
  • Designing and executing programs to expand and deepen Novisto usage and satisfaction across your customers, including training, enablement, evangelism, and customer internal marketing initiatives;
  • Managing the customer projects (scope of work, roles and responsibilities, deliverables, timelines) with clear status reporting, pro-active challenges identification, and resolution by working with cross-functional teams
  • Leading comprehensive training of the platform and its functionalities to customers to ensure complete onboarding and adoption
  • Influencing the positive evolution of our product by serving as the liaison between the client and the product organization and sharing insights thoughtfully represent our client's needs, wants, and desires
  • Showcasing the compelling impact on your clients' business made possible by using Novisto, and sharing those stories internally.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Customer Success or Account Management teams or experience in Project Management
  • Deep caring about customers and a natural ability to empathize with and advocate for them;
  • Passion for the ESG industry;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (French is an asset)
  • Ability to independently prioritize work and autonomously manage a large workload;
  • Track record of excellence; demonstrated excellence in work;
  • Structured and analytical approach to any work plan;
  • Entrepreneurial approach to testing hypotheses and quickly iterating on ideas;
  • Startup, software development industry, and/or SaaS experience (Preferred)
