About the job - Workplace is about everything Northvolters experience every day
It’s about working out the best practices, cultures, services, and spaces needed to give Northvolters an awesome workplace experience, providing a platform for business success and supporting behaviours that form our desired culture.

In this role you will be responsible for, together with your team, creating and inclusive and welcoming workplace experience for everyone that steps into Volthouse or a Northvolt event.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the Västerås Workplace team and secure the delivery of daily services including front desk management, visitor and conference support, floor management, vendor relations, budget and reporting
- Oversee policy implementation and workplace design
- Together with other Workplace managers apply and further develop workplace strategy, standards and processes while fostering collaboration between team sites
- Collect and analyze data to enhance the workplace experience continuously
- Lead planning, promotion and execution of all-company events
- Lead the local workplace team in accordance with Northvolt leadership expectations, lead & learn program and performance management process.
- Develop and implement workplace strategies to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. Coordinate DEI initiatives, events, and training programs.
- Implement sustainable initiatives within the workplace, such as waste reduction programs, energy conservation measures, and green purchasing practices.
- Oversee and maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance and function of common areas and office equipment, coordinating all facility requirements, including responsibility for health and safety measures
- Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning (including but not limited to office moves and changes to seating plans) providing solutions as needed
- Drive collaboration with HR, IT and Security
- Collaborate with the L&D team to coordinate on site training programs.
