About the job

As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for setting up the inbound and outbound processes between Northvolt Group, suppliers, and customers. You will track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition. It is a very rewarding and interesting job which will bring you new challenges every day. That means you will never be bored. You will work in international environment in one of the biggest production plants in Pomerania.

Key responsibilities:

• Long-term developing, implementing, and planning transport routes and dock traffic
• Develop SOP regarding logistics processes with Customer, including internal NV customers like Aftermarket
• Book transports, prepare all needed documentation for transport including Dangerous Goods Declaration and customs clearance
• Keep proper and up-to-date records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations
• Establish rules and manage the process for returnable packaging,
• Cooperate with 3PL/4PL Logistics Service Providers
• Establish and keep up-to date reports and Logistics Service Provider evaluation (including their environmental approach)
• Analyze data to assess performance, discover logistical issues and deliver solutions
• Evaluate and process logistics claims
• Ensure all individual and team goals and KPIs are met
• Continuously improving and optimizing processes, reducing costs of logistics activities
• Cooperate with other departments in NVSP and Central Logistics in Sweden
• Work in accordance with safety system guidelines
• Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
