Job Description
Job scope:
The Aftermarket Data Analyst will gather and analyze large data sets to support all the team functions to improve the basis for future operations, services and product optimizations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Quality and Aftermarket KPI Dashboards in Power Bi, Looker and other relevant data analysis tools
- Develop predictive behaviour dashboards in collaboration in R&D
- Coordinate technical support tasks, such as investigation work within R&D, Production to enable Quality and Aftermarket related activities
- Develop and maintain Jira Service Management projects related tasks
- Support ongoing product development projects with Data Analisys
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager
Accountability/ authorization:
- Budget responsibility: No
- Direct reports: No
- Authorized to report any quality, environment or health and safety nonconformities, ideas, risks, and opportunities
