We are seeking a Technical Program Manager of Business Operations & Analytics to manage the development and performance of internal operational and analytics products used daily by the Lucid’s Sales organizations. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our sales operations processes, leveraging technology solutions, and driving efficiency in our sales teams. You will work closely with business leadership to understand the operational and data needs of the organization and spearhead resolutions to those needs with help from internal technical resources.

The Role:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline business operations workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce manual efforts.
  • Ensure systems are optimized and aligned with business needs, serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of business operations
  • Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to integrate sales solutions within existing systems and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports related to new initiatives to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline management.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of Lucid’s CRM environment to influence the ongoing development of the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service, IT, Marketing, and Finance to define and execute business operations strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within business operations.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure sales teams are equipped to maximize their performance.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize and document sales processes to ensure consistency and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical Program Management, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role advocating for the technical needs of business stakeholders.
  • BS/MS degree in quantitative Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform and how it can be configured and customized.
  • Experience participating in the full lifecycle of CRM or business systems software development projects.
  • Hands-on experience with project planning tools (Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with audiences at all levels.

Preferred:

  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications highlighting an understanding of the platform.
  • Understanding of database management and systems architecture concepts.
  • Automotive industry experience.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$135,000—$140,000 USD
