Reporting to the Director, HR, this Sr. Manager, HR role will provide human resources support to our Arizona Operations teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will partner with a cross-functional group of operations leaders, as well as leaders of other support organizations, to craft and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, empower, retain and prioritize work in our Operations divisions. As a Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering on key programs aligned with our strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping & executing our people strategy for key partners & stakeholders. Aligning with the company's larger strategy, you will scale and deliver programs across multiple channels while also delivering priorities based on the needs of the business. You will measure and communicate results against commitments to ensure meaningful progress.
This position is full-time onsite at our Casa Grande, AZ manufacturing complex.
You Will:
- Support client groups in Manufacturing, Logistics and Quality and build positive relationships with management to assist in the implementation of operational actions in support of the company’s strategic priorities in the areas of workforce planning, HR policies, programs and the employee experience of our non-exempt workforce.
- Lead a team of HRBPs who will drive the HR day-to-day activities within the respective client groups
- Connect closely with national and global colleagues who provide on-the-ground support to client groups outside of Arizona operations
- Partner and collaborate with all functional HR groups to build programs while designing for scale
- Coach and advise managers at all levels as a thought partner, including executive level
- Lead and coach managers through the performance improvement process, and support the roll out of the performance management process and attendance management process for non-exempt employees, providing insights and analysis of people leader decisions, and work with leaders on action planning
- Function in a fast-paced and innovative environment, be a self-starter and able to navigate ambiguity with a passion for problem-solving complex issues.
- Assess the environment (internal and external) to identify and implement solutions that address the needs of the business while considering the broader implications
- Excel at interpersonal skills, project planning, and critical thinking skills.
- Analytics: Analyze and report on KPIs and trends related to human capital in the business. Utilize these findings to develop strategies and solutions to issues that affect the business’s employee relations.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Responsible for driving the company’s diversity and inclusion goals in all people management practices including but not limited to recruitment, performance management and employee relations
- Championing the company culture: Champion the culture of the company - ensuring that their unique voices, perspectives, and challenges are heard
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or business or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of Human Resources client-facing or relevant experience and experience leading a team
- Strong business insight and understanding of cross-functional work
- Experience in industrial manufacturing settings
- Knowledge and experience in payroll, compensation and benefits strategies and practices for hourly non-exempt positions, including manufacturing, logistics and maintenance
- Experience with employee-centered solution design & execution on initiatives and strategies for the employee experience and HR service delivery
- Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk of people matters relative to the business
- Experience with change management
- Adept in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge in Excel
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on HR data such as headcount, attrition
- Excellent program and project management skills
- Experience establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Proven track record of operating independently, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

$125,000—$190,000 USD
