  • Be a change agent by building confidence and relationships with cross-functional business units, drive effective communication for alignment on recommended allocation strategy and evaluate opportunities and risks.
  • Execute creation, modification, transfer and consolidation of global orders to improve supply availability and reduce cost of operation.
  • Identify and support development of system tools to maximize efficiency of planning functions.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to develop reporting tools to resolve inventory challenges and automate data to help influence downstream processes.
  • Design and monitor forecast metrics at all aggregation levels and provide timely feedback to demand planners.
  • Manage positioning of new products and create alignment across business channels and markets.
  • Support management with status of service parts availability, potential backorders and solution proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in planning, materials management, or supply-chain planning in a manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, SQL, Tableau and other visualization tools. Ability to interpret and analyze large data sets, draw conclusions/insights and make recommendations to management for solving business problems.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus.
  • Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box for solutions to complex challenges.
