*Please note, this role is 100% onsite in Casa Grande, AZ.

You Will:

• Accurately record, update, and document requests utilizing Jira and any other duties as assigned by AV and IT management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all areas of AV, providing critical support, mentoring, and guidance to the IT HelpDesk.
• Respond to all troubleshooting issues regarding AV equipment, properly evaluate issues, and escalate those that are problems to management.
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of conference rooms and training environments in multiple locations.
• Providing support for live events, video conferences, and executive meetings.
• Execute solid customer service skills while acting as a liaison between the end user and other AV/IT personnel.
• Create knowledgebase documentation, user manual creation, technical writing skills.
• Maintain a schedule for preventative maintenance while understanding the utilization needs of the company, checking performance and functionality of all systems including controls.
• Set up, operate, and tear down audio/video equipment in live events.
• Work closely with executive staff members to support high-level meetings and events.
• Accurately maintain audio/video equipment inventory.

You Bring:

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and two (2) years of AV experience; six (6) years of corporate AV support experience, preferred. Education specific to AV support, preferred.
• Must have working knowledge and proficiency in Video conferencing / Microsoft Office 365 applications including but not limited to Zoom, MS Teams, MS Outlook (email and meeting scheduling), MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Must have the ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Possible overtime during weekends supporting live events, conferences, etc.
• Must have proven experience in setting up digital signage, AV systems, Network, and CMS with a focus on quality and attention to detail (cable management).
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to details.
• Must have at least 2 years of AV Integration experience.
