Lime is looking for a Global Program Manager – Fleet Quality to lead initiatives that ensure high-quality repairs, process compliance, fleet reliability, and rider safety across our global operations. In this role, you will spearhead our Quality Control program, driving standardization and best practices across all markets. Additionally, you will manage fleet recalls, retrofits, and upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep our vehicles safe, up-to-date, and performing at their best.

As a strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver, you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You will work closely with teams across multiple countries and backgrounds to enhance repair processes, implement operational improvements, and ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. Your ability to analyze data, identify areas for optimization, and execute impactful solutions will be key to driving fleet reliability at scale.

As this is a hybrid position requiring you to go into a warehouse three times per week, it's preferred that the individual hired for this role be within 1 hour commute from Lime's warehouse in one of the following locations: Seattle, Washington DC, Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, New York City, Minneapolis, Austin, or Atlanta
