Job Description

  • Ensure high level of quality and standards in regards to electrical safety for the IONITY Network
  • Work closely with Field Operations teams, the Commissioning Manager and Service Partner Manager on electrical systems and working procedures to ensure safe operation from electrical standpoint and sustainable operability of the IONITY Network
  • Thoroughly review updates in Europe-wide standards and regulations with IONITY’s experts to ensure guidelines and work procedures of IONITY are compliant with respective standards
  • Steer external parties providing overview for electrical standards and training on electrotechnical regulations
  • Coordinate and follow-up internal and external stakeholders/partners to ensure guidelines are being considered and organization of work is according to required electrical standards
  • Support IONITY teams with Risk assessments, technical analysis (and problem solving) for the IONITY Network
  • Maintain a systematic approach to required documentation of work-related data, training and work procedures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records on behalf of electrical safety
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that IONITY’s expectations concerning work procedures and standards for electrical safety are being considered within all stages of lifetime of a site
  • Perform status analysis, spot-check and follow-up on reports provided by suppliers with respective counterparts within IONITY
  • Periodically participate in on-site activities across Europe to check if guidelines are being followed and identify potential learnings for improvements for the teams
  • Education as electrical engineer or respective professional electrotechnical expertise
  • Proven experience in either installing/commissioning or operating charging infrastructure or comparable technology/networks
  • Experience in supplier management or understanding how to steer service providers
  • Professional experience in following up on quality issues
  • High competency in understanding standards and regulations and how to apply them into day to day working procedures
  • Very good technical analyzing skills
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Good Level of knowledge concerning IT-Systems and communication technology
  • Collaborative mindset finding solutions and not searching for problems constantly You are the right person for this job if:
  • You have huge interest in technology and affinity for charging infrastructure and electro technique
  • You have a very good understanding of processes and like to optimize working procedures
  • You have interest in documenting results, checking related processes and are keen on ensuring the highest quality standards in asset management.
  • You like to analyze issues based on data and like to challenge quality in documents as well as on site whilst working with suppliers
  • You are experienced in managing service partners and like sharing knowledge
  • You are a team player and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere with fun at work
  • You have very good written and spoken English language skills
  • You have experience with asset management, documentation, ticket tools, backends, etc.
