As a Working Student in Sales Operations (f/m/d), you will support our efforts in optimizing sales processes and enhancing data quality across the customer journey. Working closely with the Sales Operations Team, you will assist in process optimization, contribute to the development and implementation of efficient workflows, and help maintain process documentation. Moreover, you will play a role in supporting change management initiatives within the sales organization, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this integrated role, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support global sales teams in enhancing sales processes and data quality throughout the customer journey
  • Contribute to process optimization by developing and implementing efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce sales team throughput times
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of process documentation, work instructions, and process flow diagrams
  • Support change management initiatives by helping the sales organization introduce new processes and navigate accompanying changes within the organization
