To continue our success story, we are expanding our Sales Team. Our growth and success is built on a strong sales team: motivated, competent and well informed. For continuous growth of our customer base, we rely on our professional Sales Team, who are the main point of contact for our potential new customers and the "face" of Instagrid. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively engage customers and close deals. This role will involve close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement strategies that drive sales productivity and performance.

  • · Sales Training and Development:
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs.
  • Conduct onboarding for new sales hires and continuous training for existing sales team members.
  • Create and maintain a repository of sales training materials, including playbooks, scripts, and product knowledge.
  • · Content and Resources:
  • Develop and manage a library of sales content, such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and competitive analyses.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure the availability of up-to-date, relevant sales collateral.
  • Provide sales team with tools and resources to enhance their selling capabilities.
  • · Sales Process Optimization:
  • Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and standardized methodologies across the sales team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the adoption and impact of sales processes and tools..
  • · Technology and Tools:
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement technologies, such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and learning management systems.
  • Ensure sales team proficiency with tools and technologies through training and support.
  • · Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales leadership to understand business objectives and align enablement strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments
