  • Portfolio Building: Develop a strategic approach to building and growing a portfolio of high-value clients within the construction space by leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
  • Bringen a Hunter Mindset: Lead with a hunter mentality, consistently seeking out new opportunities and establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the industry
  • Executing Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt company sales strategies to the regional market, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and strong long-term client relationships
  • Managing Pipelines: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting tactics as necessary to improve sales results
