Job Description
As a parental leave replacement within the quality management team, you will work centrally with the various departments and actively contribute to the quality of our processes by advancing the documentation.

- Definition and further development of advance quality planning
- Implementation and evaluation of advance quality planning according to APQP
- Creating QM inspection plans and inspection instructions and coordinating measurement and gauge planning
- Initiating measures to prevent errors with the aim of continuous quality improvement
- Support and moderation of risk analyses such as FMEA and Hazop and participation in corrective and continuous improvement measures
- Processing internal and external complaints in the project phase using 8D reports
- Planning and monitoring the quality requirements for supplier parts, identifying and presenting deviations in parts procurement
- Determining the scope of sampling with suppliers, planning and ensuring the initial sampling of supplier parts
- Supporting responsibility for development quality during the product development process at the supplier
- Supporting the purchasing department in supplier selection and evaluation
- Support in the implementation of internal and external process audits
- Mechanical engineer, technician or completed Bachelor's degree in a technical subject
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
- Experience in advance quality planning (APQP)
- Application knowledge of 8D report, 5Why, PLP, Ishikawa diagram and product / process FMEA
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
