Mission

Are you passionate about empowering sales teams and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and ensure that our growing sales organization is fully equipped to sell our complex product in the best way possible. In this role, you will focus on internal training and enablement, reducing ramp-up time for new starters and creating consistent and compelling pitches.

Why This Role?

As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in:

  • Enhancing Sales Efficiency: Accelerate the ramp-up time for new sales team members, enabling them to become productive more quickly and reducing the workload for hiring managers.
  • Consistency in Messaging: Standardize our sales pitches and materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the board.
  • Upskilling Sales Team: Provide ongoing training and development to ensure our sales team remains knowledgeable and competitive.

Key Outcomes

You'll facilitate the Revenue team's success by focusing on key growth areas. You will help shorten the average sales cycle, increase the average deal value, and advance more opportunities through the pipeline. By providing strategic guidance and support, you'll enable the team to boost the number of discovery calls booked and elevate the overall pipeline value. You'll empower and equip the team to drive growth and achieve exceptional results.

Core Competencies

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales support roles.
  • Demonstrated success in improving business outcomes such as win rates, quota attainment, and shortening sales cycles.
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with sales tools like Hubspot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
  • Strong data management and analysis skills to extract, analyze, and interpret CRM data.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Expertise in content creation and curation for sales materials.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Sandler Selling System).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Adaptability to adjust strategies based on changing conditions and feedback.
