Job Description
Job Title: Facility Executive
Location: Bangalore
Reports to: Facility Manager
Job Type: Contractual
Job Summary:
The Facility Executive is responsible for ensuring that the physical environment of the organization operates efficiently. This role involves managing day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, security, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations:
Supervise and manage the overall upkeep of the office premises, including building maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
Coordinate and oversee routine and preventive maintenance for all facility equipment (e.g., HVAC systems, electrical systems, etc.).
Monitor the performance of service providers (cleaning, security, catering, etc.) and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Handle daily facility operations such as space planning, office layout, and reconfiguration.
Vendor Management:
Liaise with external contractors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and procurement of services.
Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective and timely service delivery.
Health & Safety:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high safety standards in the workplace.
Implement emergency evacuation procedures, fire drills, and first aid management.

Asset & Inventory Management:
Manage and track facility assets including furniture, IT equipment, and office supplies.
Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance and repair logs.
Budget & Cost Control:
Assist in budgeting and monitoring facility expenses to ensure they are within approved limits.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of service.
Customer Service:
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding facility-related issues.
Promptly respond to facility requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Sustainability Initiatives:
Work towards creating an energy-efficient and sustainable workplace.
Monitor energy usage, reduce waste, and suggest improvements for a greener facility.
