enmacc is Europe’s largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities. Our cutting-edge platform digitalises the energy trading landscape, addressing the long-standing challenges that traders have faced for decades.

We have over 570 companies and 2200 members trading electricity, gas, Guarantees of Origin, emissions allowances and weather derivatives. Our platform attracts a vibrant network of energy suppliers, trading houses, industrial companies, and municipal utilities. Your Mission:

As the Office and Feel Good Manager at enmacc, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, focusing on the well-being and happiness of our employees as a top priority.

Your Responsibilities / What you’ll do:

Feel Good:

  • Embodying our company values (supportive, fun, curious and persistent), acting as the main point of contact for office communication and operational activities
  • Meeting and greeting everyone who comes through the doors of our enmacc office, from customers to prospective candidates
  • Engaging with different departments to creatively plan and coordinate both in-house and external events for the company and teams.
  • Responsible for brainstorming, planning and hosting our monthly employee team events, from pizza nights to our annual End of the Year Party, Summer Party and Offsites
  • Assisting the marketing department with customer and industry events such as the annual e-World event in Essen

Office:

  • Being in charge of the office operations with tasks such as ordering office supplies (fruit, snacks, stamps, drinks, catering for meetings, stationary)
  • Finding and liaising with external service providers, our facility management, and other suppliers, e.g., to ensure office tidiness, and improvement/repair work where necessary.
  • Handling of all incoming physical mail and parcels - open, scan, list as inventory of company assets and keep track of our inventory, e.g., monitors and other hardware
  • Organising all IT hardware: Macbooks, Staff iPhones (including company contracts)
  • Filing correspondence, and complaints and processing all incoming invoices for the office
  • Arranging in-person or remote meetings with multiple external stakeholders
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are implemented and met by all employees in the office
  • Creating an overall great office feeling by adapting the Enmacc branding style throughout, in areas such as interior design, decor and furniture

Your profile / What you’ll need:

  • Availability to work onsite in our office 5 days a week.
  • Experience working in a customer facing role, ideally in the hospitality industry
  • Experience planning events- internal or external
  • Good business communication skills (email, phone, etc.) and building relationships
  • Enjoy planning and thinking ahead with an economic mind
  • Passion and enthusiasm to work in a fun, international fast-paced SaaS startup
  • Natural affinity to Apple products and the latest technologies
  • Persuasive way to make staff share your view of a tidy and neat office
  • Sense of style, design, and taste (good eye and attention to detail)
  • Great organisational skills, customer service attitude and hands-on mentality
  • Fluent German and English skills are a must, additional language(s) a plus
