- Experience designing or optimizing membranes and/or electrolytes in at least one of the following fields of electrochemical engineering: flow battery, metal battery, fuel cell, electrolyzer, or electrodeposition technologies
- Strong practical knowledge of electrochemical cell design and component interactions
- Proficient with electrochemical measurement techniques (potentiometry, cyclic voltammetry, impedance spectroscopy, etc.) and use of associated instrumentation
- Ability to plan, execute, delegate, and prioritize research and development projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint
What we want you to bring to the team:
- 7+ years of industry experience working in electrochemistry (excludes internships, co-ops, and other school projects) with a Master's degree or PhD in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related
- Experience in a technical leadership role
