Job Description

  • Revenue Lifecycle Optimization
    Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue lifecycle, from lead generation to customer retention.

    Oversee CRM and revenue tools, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Revenue Analytics and Reporting
    Analyze and report on key revenue metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Operational Efficiency Improvement
    Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operational processes across go-to-market teams.
  • Strategic Alignment with Leadership
    Collaborate closely with leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals. Personality

  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management

    Passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations processes. Skills
  • Professional Experience
    2–3 years of experience as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS startup.
  • CRM and Revenue Tools Expertise
    Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and revenue tools.
  • Analytics and Visualization Skills
    Strong proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Cross-Functional Team Management
    Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and processes effectively.
