- Revenue Lifecycle Optimization
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue lifecycle, from lead generation to customer retention. - CRM and Tools Management
Oversee CRM and revenue tools, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. - Revenue Analytics and Reporting
Analyze and report on key revenue metrics to drive data-informed decision-making. - Operational Efficiency Improvement
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operational processes across go-to-market teams. - Strategic Alignment with Leadership
Collaborate closely with leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals. Personality - Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking
Ananalytical mind with a knack for solving complex operational problems. - Effective Communication
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain data-driven insights clearly. - Leadership and Stakeholder Management

Passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations processes. Skills - Professional Experience
2–3 years of experience as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS startup. - CRM and Revenue Tools Expertise
Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and revenue tools. - Analytics and Visualization Skills
Strong proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel). - Cross-Functional Team Management
