| Support both people operations and core business operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes across the organization.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives to foster a strong workplace culture.Take ownership of administrative and operational tasks, such as process documentation, task tracking, and internal coordination.Contribute to maintaining and improving business workflows and tools, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.Collaborate on cross-functional projects and support key business functions, including finance, legal, and IT. |

Skills / Experience
- German language proficiency (C1+)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, management, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a track record of managing projects or initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
