• Team Events & Offsites
  Planning and execution of events that strengthen team cohesion. From after-work gatherings to multi-day offsites, you are responsible for the organization and implementation
• Shaping Company Culture
  Execution of programs and formats that bring our values to life. You initiate and coordinate activities that foster an open and motivating work environment
• Special Projects & Creative Initiatives
  Organization and management of internal projects to enhance the workplace. This includes topics such as designing new office spaces or facilitating internal exchange formats
• Office Management
  Maintaining a well-organized work environment, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Point of Contact for External Partners
  Coordinating service providers, subtenants, and suppliers to ensure smooth office operations

• Access Management
  Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and managing access rights. Personal:

  Professional:

• Initial experience in office management, event organization, or people experience
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (German Level C1+)

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and maintain an overview
