Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute complex, large-scale program plans.
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams for effective program delivery.
- Monitor program performance and identify risks, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Prepare and manage program budgets and timelines.
- Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of program progress.
- Conduct regular program reviews and evaluations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program team members as needed.
- Work with external vendors and partners to ensure program success.
- Identify opportunities for program improvements and lead implementation efforts.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management within a large organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.

Our people are empowered to take ownership of their schedules with workflows that allow for flexible hours. Based on your job, you have an option of a office-based, fully remote, or hybrid work environment. New team members working remotely, will have all necessary equipment provided and shipped to them, and we conduct our interviews and onboarding sessions primarily through video.
