• Advice on all corporate law measures
• Preparing the legal basis for decisions for the Management Board and Advisory Board
• Advising on M&A and due diligence activities and financing rounds
• Establishment and management of a risk management & compliance department
• Advising on, drafting and negotiating contracts (e.g. purchase, supply, licence, research and distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements) and other national and international contracts
• Developing, revising and introducing internal guidelines, processes and controls to ensure compliance with legal, official and internal regulations
• Monitoring and maintenance of the contract management system
• Commissioning, coordinating and managing external legal advisors
• Training colleagues on legal risks and compliance
• Successfully completed second state examination in law, law studies
• At least 8-10 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment or international law firm
• Sound knowledge of contract and commercial law (general civil law, commercial and corporate law)
• Experience in compliance, data protection and ESG
• Good analysis, problem-solving and implementation skills to communicate legal issues to different recipients in an understandable way
• The ability to familiarise yourself independently with unfamiliar topics and tasks
