The Executive Assistant will actively contribute to our mission. They will work closely with the CEO and the executive team, managing the day-to-day business activities of the team, with demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the executive’s office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
