The Role

We’re looking for a Working Student to support our People team in creating a seamless and engaging employee experience. If you’re passionate about Human Resources, People Operations, and making a real impact on employee and candidate experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create an exceptional onboarding experience – Ensure new employees feel welcomed and well-prepared throughout our process and early handover to hiring managers.
• Lead internal onboarding sessions – Facilitate smooth integration into our team and company culture.
• Managing employment suppliers
  • Liaise with our EOR providers, internal managers, candidates and Talent team.
• Maintain & improve People documentation – Keep policies, guides, and resources up to date and accessible.
• Manage employee records – Ensure accuracy and compliance in our HR System Personio and other HR databases.
• Support People & Culture projects – Contribute to initiatives that enhance our workplace and employee experience.
• Provide administrative support – Help the team run efficiently and drive continuous improvement.

Location – We offer this role remotely, based in Germany.
