Job Description
- Your mission at Climeworks is to deliver world-class technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for commercial Carbon Capture plants, ensuring peak reliability in challenging environments.
- You investigate and analyze technical issues reported by our customers, identify possible root causes and use data and analytics to diagnose the most important contributors.
- You work with cross-functional teams to define immediate mitigation actions to field issues and develop long-term solutions along with the design and manufacturing teams.
- You provide guidance and support to internal development teams ensuring that lessons learnt from field experience are incorporated into new designs.
- You are responsible for managing customer relationships and expectations.
- You continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving product enhancements.
