• Your mission at Climeworks is to strategically manage IT resources, ensuring efficient scaling for business growth through innovative technology. You will prioritize cybersecurity to safeguard information, build strong stakeholder relationships, and foster a collaborative team culture focused on talent retention and high-quality IT services.
• You take accountability for overseeing all aspects of the organization's IT systems and processes and leverage technology to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and create business value.
• You are responsible for the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals, establishing policies, standards, practices, governance, and security measures to ensure effective information processing and safeguard resources.
• You lead the IT team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while driving smart IT investments and optimizing applications, infrastructure, processes, tools, and architecture.
• You integrate security throughout the IT strategy and educate the executive team on IT, data-driven decisions, and cybersecurity.
• You build strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams to adapt technologies for improved business processes, and promote IT value while facilitating awareness and interaction on IT-related topics.
• You oversee the IT organization, ensuring the company has the technology resources to meet strategic objectives, deliver effective IT services and support, manage budgets for cost-effectiveness, and ensure IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with required quality standards.
• You drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage, foster a culture of innovation within the IT team, and stay current with technology trends to make strategic decisions about the organization's IT infrastructure.
