Job Description

CIMMYT is a cutting-edge, non-profit, international organization dedicated to solving tomorrow’s problems today. It is entrusted with fostering improved quantity, quality, and dependability of production systems and basic cereals such as maize, wheat, triticale, sorghum, millets, and associated crops through applied agricultural science, particularly in the Global South, through building strong partnerships. This combination enhances the livelihood trajectories and resilience of millions of resource-poor farmers, while working towards a more productive, inclusive, and resilient agrifood system within planetary boundaries. CIMMYT is a core CGIAR Research Center, a global research partnership for a food-secure future, dedicated to reducing poverty, enhancing food and nutrition security, and improving natural resources.

  • Provide day-to-day support for ERP operations.
  • Focus on the Procurement and Sourcing Moule, Accounts Payable, Fleet Management, Chargeback Management, Inventory Management, Master Planning, Case Management, Payroll, and HR.
  • Offer end-to-end business process support for regional offices in Nepal, India, and Toluca.
  • Conduct business process documentation, modeling, and testing.
  • Perform regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and modified business processes.
  • Develop training materials to support the S2P++ process.
  • Provide end-to-end business process support for travel and expense management.
  • Oversee system administration for Concur Travel, Concur Expenses, and the CONCUR-WIPLI-D365 Integration.
  • Support month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure reports are updated and conduct daily checks on data warehouse (DW) runs.
  • Manage reports using Management Reporter.
  • Maintain SSRS reports and design PowerBI reports and data cubes.
  • Perform module configuration, create and manage workflows.
  • Establish and maintain roles, duties, and privileges within D365.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advance English level (C1)
  • Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and process optimization.
  • Proven experience in ERP system support
  • Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and process optimization
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
